Known as Concrete Mix or Sand & Gravel Mix, this product is a blend of natural Blue Metal and Washed River Sand. It can be mixed with cement to make concrete for all your concreting needs such as, pathways, slabs, garden edges ect. Also used for core fill when filling retaining wall blocks.

Uses & Methods

To make 1 cubic metre of concrete you need to mix 2 tonne of Concrete Mix (Sand & Gravel Mix) with 16 bags of cement. The recommended cement for mixing concrete is General Purpose Cement as it goes rock hard for 20MPA strenght. A lot use Grey Builder Cement but this has fly ash in it which is designed for slight movement for bricklaying. This will give your concrete, slab or pathway ect, as slight dusty feel. So stick to General Purpose Cement...

Concrete Mix is available in 1  & 1.25 tonne bags or loose by the tonne.
