How do I choose the time & date I need my delivery?
1. When in check out, in the comments box document what time slot you require. We will contact you within a business hour with the closest times available if your exact time is not.
How do I know what delivery type I need?
1. Supply a google maps image, google streetview image & any other images to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to help us identify potential hazards in regard to truck size, turning & tipping/unloading area available.
2. If option 1 is not sufficient. Our Transport Manager will come and assess your property for access and or where you need your products placed.
How long does delivery take?
1. Same day ASAP option is available if ordered before 12pm. As above... when in check out (in the comments box) document the date & time needed.
What truck size can I use for my address?
1. Please refer to question 1.
2. Based on the product sizes you choose. Our system will load them on the truck that they fit.
